Category 3 Water Damage

These photos of a customer's home in Suffolk, VA show the before and after of their restroom as a result of the toilet overflowing. Being the water came from the bowl itself it was considered category 3 water damage (contains unsanitary agents, harmful bacteria, and fungi). Therefore, our SERVPRO team took all the necessary safety precautions to get the water cleaned up and all areas dried and sanitized.  Once the remediation was done we had our skilled contractors to handle the repairs and replacing the flooring. The customers are beyond happy with the end result as well as the quick turnaround.
