Flooded bathroom in Suffolk, VA

How's this for unexpected?! Your toddler turns on his bathroom sink faucet unbeknownst to you, which is located on the 2nd floor. You leave on a family outing for several hours and come home to your up and downstairs flooded from a still running faucet. That is what happened in this home. We removed all the wet flooring, trim, the sink/vanity as well as the toilet. After the drying process, which took about 3 days due to the amount of water, we then replaced all the elements to make their bathroom better than before. A perfect example of the importance of having insurance, you never know when an "oops!" is going to happen.
