I have some smoke damage in my kitchen and I called SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin because they were highly recommended to me. I called to ask some questions and to see if I could get a free quote to fix the smoke smell in my house. Every person I talked to was professional.  I was surprised that someone was available the same day I called to come out to my home. I was notified when Joey was going to be to my home with sufficient time. When Joey and Justin arrived, they had smiles on their faces, and I felt that they truly loved their job and were glad to help me! They went above and beyond for me and even took down my microwave (which was the main source of smoke smell). They gave me a ton of good advice and tips on how to possibly get rid of the smell. I am so grateful for them both, and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family because I was treated so exceptionally well!! 5 stars in my book!

Experiencing a house fire is devastating and emotional. SERVPRO provided an immediate response to our needs. Management arrived at our home within 3 hours of the fire to evaluate and explain the \restoration process. SERVPRO employees arrived and worked tirelessly every day for the next 2 1/2 weeks.
